Pick up for free from Wantirna South in Melbourne's east, or we post anywhere in Australia for a flat $9.95 with standard parcel post. Choose whichever suits at checkout.

Ready-made pieces are posted within 3 business days of your order; allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Made-to-order pieces are made after you order. Each listing shows its lead time, usually 2 to 4 weeks, and we post it as soon as the last thread is woven in.

We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent, press the water out without wringing, and dry flat in the shade. Keep ribbons and novelty buttons away from rough surfaces, and remove any ribbon before washing where the listing says so.

Treated kindly, a hand-crocheted outfit will outlast the baby it was made for and be ready for the next one.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right. Because made-to-order pieces are crocheted specifically for you, we cannot accept change of mind returns on those, so please check sizes and colours before ordering.
